By proceeding, the service provider, contractor, or other applicant acknowledges that they have received a copy of all city standards pertaining to Right-of-Way construction and permitting, fully understands the content, and will conduct activities in public Rights-of-Way in accordance with all applicable standards and laws, including but not limited to the following:

Additionally, the applicant expressly acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the notification and inspection procedures of the Department of Public Works, ROW Inspection Division, including notifying the ROW Construction Inspector (as identified on the permit) in writing of the date they will commence work for an issued permit, with 2 business days’ notice.
